Life Coaching for Women
1:1 Support During Periods of Change and Decision Making
Available Nationwide
You may look capable and put together on the outside, yet feel stuck, uncertain, or restless about what comes next. You might sense that something needs to change, but feel unsure how to name it or how to move forward with confidence.
Life coaching offers a focused, supportive space to help you clarify what matters now and begin making choices that feel aligned with who you are today. This work is centered on the present and the future, supporting intentional movement rather than staying caught in overthinking or indecision.
How Life Coaching Helps
Is Life Coaching Right for You?
Coaching can be a good fit if you want individualized support rather than a program or group setting. Many women who reach out are managing a lot and doing it well, yet still feel unsure about direction, priorities, or what they want their next chapter to look like.
You may benefit from life coaching if you:
Feel stuck in indecision or second guessing yourself
Struggle with people pleasing, overthinking, or trusting your own judgment
Feel restless, unfulfilled, or disconnected from what matters most to you
Want personalized support rather than a one size fits all approach
Are navigating a transition related to work, relationships, or identity
Have done therapy or personal growth work and want help turning insight into action
This work is about creating space to hear yourself more clearly and take intentional steps forward.
What Life Coaching Often Focuses On
Coaching often supports women with:
Building confidence and trust in your own decision making
Clarifying your values, priorities, and what truly matters to you right now
Navigating life or career transitions with more steadiness and less overwhelm
Strengthening boundaries and communication so your needs are clearer and honored
Gently shifting people pleasing and perfectionism so they no longer drive your choices
Making decisions with more ease and less self criticism
Creating forward momentum in a way that feels sustainable and supportive, not depleting
Coaching supports you in questioning patterns and expectations that no longer serve you and building the confidence to live in ways that feel true to who you are. As you develop inner stability and self-trust, decision making becomes clearer and less driven by fear or external pressure.
Over time, this work helps you show up more fully as yourself, trust your choices, and take an active role in shaping a life that reflects your values, priorities, and capacity.
Life coaching is a good fit for women who are ready to move past indecision, overthinking, and self doubt and begin living in ways that feel more aligned with their values, goals, and everyday choices.
Women often come to coaching when they are:
Functioning well in daily life, but quietly unsure about what comes next
Wanting greater confidence in their decisions and sense of direction
Navigating transitions in career, relationships, or identity
Looking to deepen self trust and reduce second guessing
Ready for intentional change rather than temporary fixes
Life coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are seeking support for acute mental health concerns, therapy may be the more appropriate option.
Who This Coaching Is For?
What You Can Expect from Coaching
Over time, coaching helps you develop a steadier relationship with yourself and your decisions. Many women notice that things begin to feel clearer and less overwhelming, even when life itself has not changed dramatically.
Through coaching, you can expect to:
Feel more confident trusting your own judgment
Gain clarity around what matters most to you right now
Make decisions with less second guessing and self criticism
Set boundaries that feel more natural and less guilt driven
Take next steps that feel intentional rather than reactive
This work is not about fixing you or pushing you into constant action. It is about creating space to reflect, gain perspective, and move forward in ways that feel aligned with your values, capacity, and real life.
Coaching offers steady support and accountability as you practice showing up differently, making choices with more ease, and living in ways that feel more like your own.
If you’re considering life coaching, it can be helpful to understand what working together actually looks like.
Coaching with Tricia offers steady support and accountability, while remaining flexible and responsive to what you’re navigating in real time.
Life coaching is designed to support meaningful, sustainable change over time rather than quick fixes. This is a one on one coaching relationship that offers structure, reflection, and practical support as you move through decisions, transitions, and patterns that no longer feel aligned.

What People Are Saying
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY AND COACHING?
Therapy
focuses on identifying, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues
deep dive into the past and current emotional, social, and behavioral challenges in order to alleviate symptoms and improve functioning
as a licensed therapist, there are ethical and legal guidelines that are required to follow within the social work profession
length of time in treatment varies based on the individual and their identified needs
VS
Coaching
for those who have engaged in therapy and/or personal development in some capacity already
uses individual strategic planning, values clarification, addressing current limiting beliefs or mindsets and does NOT involve diagnosis, testing, assessment, or treatment of mental health disorders
the relationship in the coaching context is specifically designed to avoid the power differentials that occur in the psychotherapy relationship. Instead, the relationship is designed to be a relationship among equals.
main purpose is to enhance your performance, learning, and/or fulfillment based on your goals and aspirations within a set timeframe
* If you are unsure of if you want to engage in therapy or coaching, we can discuss whether what you’re experiencing requires clinical treatment by a therapist. If you live outside the states of Colorado or Pennsylvania, I am unable to provide therapy services to you but may be able to provide referrals for a therapist in your area to help work on your specific mental health concerns. It is also possible that you could work with me as a coach and have a therapist, which could be beneficial to the work being done.

About Tricia
nature lover, empowered woman, nurturer, seeker of adventure & knowledge, founder & owner of Among Wildflowers Therapy
After graduating with my master's in social work while living in New York (my home state!), I realized that I had checked off all of the “right” boxes up until that point but I wasn’t sure what I was “supposed” to do next. I was interviewing and applying for jobs but they didn’t excite me, and would barely cover my expenses month to month. I realized that I wouldn't be able to live the life I wanted to in New York so I started looking into positions in Denver, CO. I had close friends that moved there and when I had visited them, I discovered that a healthier lifestyle existed; centered around the outdoors with less stress. I received a job offer in Denver so I made the extremely difficult but exciting decision to move; leaving my family, friends, and everything I knew.
It was scary and nerve-racking but I knew it was something I needed to do. I pushed through a lot of discomfort and fear of the unknown so I could explore what it was that I needed to feel fulfilled. My mantra of “everything is temporary'' got me through a lot of decisions. That time in my life helped me get to where I am now; living a more aligned, meaningful life.
A huge reason why I was able to learn all of this was through my own inner work; and I want to hold a container for my clients to learn strategies, feel stability within themselves, and build confidence in making decisions. I want them to understand that when they start questioning the "shoulds" and "supposed to’s" and truly follow what's in their heart- they will feel relief and freedom.
I’m passionate about supporting women that are going through similar pain points that I've experienced so that I can help them skip some unnecessary steps.
In this coaching container I bring in my experience and training in:
BA in Psychology, Master’s in Social Work
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Successfully helped clients heal over a span of 8+ years of practice
